No way to turn off sound

This is a good enjoyable game, but you have to live with the games noise. I would enjoy not having to lower the volume of my iPod every time I play the game.

Awesome game

This game is awesome and it make you smarter!!!

Okay

That app is fine I think it should be more of the score not the square

Great Game. I beat The Legendary 2048 in 7 minutes

Absolutely fantastic!

Love this app!!!

This is my favorite game! Its so easy to learn and hard to put down!!! Absolutely recommend!

VERY ADDICTING

Ive been playing for about a month and can hardly put it down, seriously. No crashing or obtrusive ads. Give it a sec to load the opening ad, close it and youre all set. Doesnt always keep your next highest score, but still a 5 star game all the way.

Fun game

GET THE GAME!!!!!! Sooooooooo fun

I love it so much!!!!!!

I am so happy that I have 2048 on my phone I ❤️2048!!!!!!

Very addicting

Definitely a good game choice

Annoying ads

Ads appear as a "minigame" immediately after the end of the 2048 game. They take over the screen and you cannot close out, leaving the choice of quitting 2048 or playing the advertisement game. Panda pop appears most often.

not so much puzzle, as it is a rng emulator

The game claims that it is a puzzle game. This would imply that is requires a strategic course of thought in order to solve. This is not 100% true as the generation of tiles relies on a random number generator to consider where the tile is placed, and what value is represented. for this reason, this game becomes frustrating more than rewarding since it requires luck.

I remember playing this game a yer or two ago and having a blast doing it! Its not your average game, in tha it is extremely simple yet challenging. I spent hours playing this game after I found out it does go on beyond 2048. Not only is this a fun game, but it is fun to brag about to your friends when you beat their score or when they fail to beat yours. Its one of those weirdly competitive games that you really want from an app

no crash, no ads

like Umrk111, ive never seen a single add in 2048, nor has it crashed on me, and I just figured out why: there are multiple versions of this game, from multiple developers, and I got lucky and downloaded one that has no ads and doesnt crash. search for 2048 in the app store and youll find a bunch of different versions; may be one of those will work better for you. one of the ways I deduced this was that I went to review this version and the app store told me I had to have purchased or downloaded it in order to review it. I had to download this version – which showed up on my home screen right next to the version i actually play – in order to put this review here. and now that I have, Ill delete this version and keep on playing my ad-free and crashless one.

Best 2048 Game!

This is my favorite way to play 2048 on the iPhone

Give up your life and expect carpal tunnel

This board is burned into my retinas and the pieces move around all night long. MAKE IT STOP, MAKE IT STOP.

Delete this app

It was great till the ads started flashing and the sound cant be turned off without muting the phone. Not well played.

This app is amazing. The first time I played it, I was addicted. Great app

Good but....

I have two complaints. First, the "personal best scores" feature doesnt actually do that. It only records a new score when its a new personal best. If you follow such a score with one one point lower, it ignores what is actually your second-best score. So all I really know is what my best is. Second, I dont like the unpredictable nature of where the next tile will appear. I keep my highest tile in the lower-left corner and try to avoid ever swiping up or right. Usually, when Im forced to swipe up its because I made a tactical error. But if my bottom row isnt full and I cant swipe down or left, I swipe right if possible. If Im unlucky my new tile appears in the lower-left corner. In threes, you have a measure of control over where a new tile will appear, but in 2048 it seems completely random. If my highest tile is 1024 or lower, I can usually recover but when its 2048 or above I seldom succeed. I havent figured out a way to prevent this and its frustrating because its inherently a good game in progress when it happens.
