Bad integration of ad system

I have nothing against ads, because we can have this awesome game for free. However the implementation of the ad system is very bad. I have never seen that simple animations in ads to influence gameplay. The game just stops for 10-30 seconds and you cannot do anything. It is really annoying - please do something with that.
